Is there a limit on the number of bottles I can personalise?

We get it, who can resist a personalised bottle of Caorunn? You’ll be glad to hear that you can personalise 1 x label for every 70cl bottle of Caorunn Original Gin purchased.

Terms and Conditions

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change your order once it has been placed so be sure to use the preview feature available to check that your label is as it should be.

When will I receive my personalised label?

We have a standard delivery time of 5-7 days and you’ll receive an email once your label is on its way to you. Please note that we only deliver within the UK (Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland).

My personalised label has not arrived, what should I do?

If you need to speak to us about your order, please contact caorunngin@mailmarkuk.com and quote your order ID. The team will be happy to help you!

My personalised label has become damaged, what should I do?

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at caorunngin@mailmarkuk.com and we’ll work to get you a replacement. We may require proof of damage and thank you for your cooperation with this.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns due to the free and personalised nature of the labels, but we can’t imagine anyone would want to return their personalised Caorunn label!

What’s the last date I can order for Christmas?

Please ensure all orders are placed by Monday 16th December for guaranteed delivery ahead of Christmas.

Please note our personalised labels are only available for 70cl bottles of Caorunn Classic Gin so cannot be purchased for other flavours or product sizes available on our online shop.
