Our take on the White Lady cocktail.

The introduction of fresh Blood Orange notes contribute to the rounded crisp citrus and sweetness found throughout this well balanced drink. Egg White and Aquafaba are not required to enjoy the full effect of this exquisite drink.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Caorunn Blood Orange
  • 30ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Egg White or Aquafaba

Method

  1. Place Egg white and lemon juice inside a cocktail shaker and shake well without ice.
  2. Once frothy, place the rest of the ingredients inside your shaker and top with ice and shake well.
  3. Double Strain into a chilled glass & garnish with a lemon peel

Genius Tip

Egg Whites

Egg white can be substituted for Chickpea water, also known as Aquafaba. Use 2 tablespoons of aquafaba per 1 large egg white.
